Kids Awareness Day
Camden Avenue, San Jose, CA

On August 7, 2002 Papa John's Pizza Camden Avenue location hosted a Kids Awareness Day to help parents take a proactive step in preventing child abduction.

The Vanished Children's Alliance and San Jose Police Department fingerprinted over 100 children, talked to parents and disseminated valuable child safety information. Kids Awareness Day was free to the public and participants were able to sample Papa John's delicious pizza and ice cold Coca-Cola, while enjoying a variety of games.
Guests were able to register to participate in the Jeep Liberty Consumer sweepstakes for the chance to win four 2003 Jeep Liberty SUV's. An assortment of prizes were donated by local stores and businesses; including a Coca-Cola mountain bike, 10 free nights at the Marriott Residence Inn and Great America passes.
